Sealed lyophilised peptides are most stable at −20 °C, protected from light. Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening to avoid condensation.
What to check
Once reconstituted, stability depends on the solvent and the sequence. Aliquot to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and record the date on each aliquot.
