Scope
These terms apply to every order placed through this website by researchers, laboratories and institutions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and purchase on behalf of, or as, a qualified researcher or institution.
Research use only
All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only (RUO). They are not medicines, food, cosmetics or supplements and must not be administered to humans or animals.
Customer verification
We may request proof of institutional affiliation before dispatching an order.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in euros and exclude VAT and shipping until checkout. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.
Availability
Stock levels refer to specific lots. If a lot sells out we will offer the next verified lot or a refund.
Coupons
One coupon per order. Coupons have no cash value and may carry a minimum spend.
Liability
We are not liable for any use of our products outside of laboratory research.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the EU member state in which Weiser Peptides is registered.
